Eligibility
The AP Plumbing Tankless Water Heater Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Own and reside in a single-family home located within AP Plumbing’s service area in the Rochester and Syracuse regions of New York.
- Have a residential plumbing system that is suitable for tankless water heater installation, as determined by AP Plumbing.
Employees of AP Plumbing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official online entry form during the Contest Period.
Limit one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries from the same household may be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A tankless water heater supplied by AP Plumbing.
- Standard installation by AP Plumbing at the winner’s qualifying residence.
Approximate retail value may vary based on equipment selected and installation requirements.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Installation Requirements
The prize includes standard residential installation only.
The winner’s home must be located within AP Plumbing’s service area and must meet the requirements for a tankless water heater installation. AP Plumbing reserves the right to inspect the property prior to installation.
The following are not included in the prize and may require additional charges if necessary:
- Electrical service upgrades
- Gas line upgrades or modifications
- Venting modifications beyond standard installation
- Structural modifications
- Permit fees, if required
- Code upgrades not directly related to the standard installation
If the winner’s home is deemed unsuitable for installation, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The drawing will take place on or about August 8, 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants AP Plumbing permission to use their name, city of residence, photographs, video, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Photography and Marketing Release
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow AP Plumbing to photograph and/or record the installation process, including before-and-after photos of the existing and newly installed water heater system.
The winner also agrees to participate in reasonable promotional photography, including photos of the winner at their residence with members of the AP Plumbing team following the installation.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants AP Plumbing an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and otherwise utilize any photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, statements, name, likeness, image, voice, and city of residence obtained in connection with the Contest and prize installation.
All photographs, videos, recordings, and related content created in connection with the Contest shall become the sole and exclusive property of AP Plumbing. AP Plumbing may use such materials, in whole or in part, for any lawful marketing, advertising, promotional, public relations, social media, website, print, digital, broadcast, or other commercial purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation to the winner.
The winner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and releases AP Plumbing from any claims arising from the use of such photographs, videos, recordings, or promotional materials.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of AP Plumbing, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
AP Plumbing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless AP Plumbing and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected through the entry form will be used by AP Plumbing for contest administration and may also be used to provide participants with information regarding AP Plumbing’s services and promotions. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
